How can I ensure I select the correct size for my press-on nails?

To ensure a proper fit, we recommend measuring your natural nails before placing an order. Each set is designed to be customized, so please provide accurate sizing information. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

All sales are final at Eclipse And Ember Nails due to the handmade nature of our products. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

What is the processing and shipping time for orders?

Orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. After processing, please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to be shipped. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any concerns regarding your order, feel free to reach out to us.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Eclipse And Ember Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or carrier. For lost packages, consider filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Cancellations are accepted only within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, production begins, and we cannot process a cancellation. If you encounter a serious issue, please contact us for further assistance.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For international orders, additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs delays or fees incurred upon arrival in your country.
