Thank you for choosing Eclipse & Ember Nails! We take pride in creating high-quality, custom press-on nails made with care and precision. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we have established the following refund and return policy:

All Sales Are Final
All custom press-on nail orders are handmade and tailored to your specifications; therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure that you provide accurate sizing before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizes.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. After this period, production begins, and we cannot process a cancellation or refund. If it is a more serious issue please send us an email.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at EclipseandEmbernails@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. If the damage is due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Eclipse & Ember Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped, it is out of our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier.

Incorrect Orders
If you believe you received the wrong order, please email us at EclipseandEmbernails@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and photos of the items received. We will review your case and provide a resolution accordingly.
