Processing & Shipping Time
At Eclipse & Ember Nails, we take great care in creating and packaging your custom press-on nails.

  • Orders are accepted and processed within 48 hours of being placed.

  • After processing, please allow 5 business days for your order to be shipped.

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Eclipse & Ember Nails is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at EclipseandEmbernails@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, Eclipse & Ember Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier. If your package is lost in transit, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at EclipseandEmbernails@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items inside. We will review your case and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the US. For international orders, additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply. Eclipse & Ember Nails is not responsible for any customs delays or fees incurred upon arrival in your country.
