1.1. Eclipse & Ember Nails provides handmade, custom press-on nails for personal use only. Our products are not intended for resale without express permission. 1.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase. 1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2. Ordering & Payments

2.1. All orders must be placed through our official website or designated sales platforms. 2.2. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. 2.3. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed. 2.4. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

3. Custom Orders & Sizing

3.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizes before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes provided by the customer. 3.2. Due to the custom nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival (see Section 5).

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. We strive to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 4.2. Once an order has shipped, Eclipse & Ember Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact your local postal service for assistance. 4.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be refunded or replaced. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us at EclipseandEmbernails@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. 5.2. If the damage is confirmed to be a result of our error, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All designs, images, logos, and content on our website and social media platforms are the intellectual property of Eclipse & Ember Nails. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Eclipse & Ember Nails is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of our press-on nails or related products. 7.2. Our products are for external use only and should be used according to provided instructions.

8. Order Cancellations

8.1. Cancellations may be requested within 48 hours of placing an order. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as production begins promptly.
